Should i use a mouthwash?

 Mouth is not necessary for your oral health. If you brush at least twice a day for 2 minutes and floss once a  day then mouthwash will not make a huge difference. If you are using me mouthwash less than 2 times per day then it should be ok. USES OF MOUTHWASH? 1.Used for  fresh breath. 2.Used for whitening of teeth and it acts like a bleaching agent. 3. It reduces gum infection by killing bacteria. 4.It reduces tooth decay.  HOW TO USE MOUTHWASH; Directions may vary according to which mouthwash brand you are using. Firstly, brush your teeth first. if you are using fluoride toothpaste wait a while for using a mouthwash can wash away the concentrated fluoride in toothpaste. Pour mouthwash of  about 3 to 5 teaspoons in to the choice of cup and only use as the product instructs. Get set rinse and take mouthwash in to your mouth and swish it. Don't drink or swallow it.
